Community Cooking Classes

Research indicates that cooking classes lead to improved self-efficacy and a healthier dietary intake.

Learn About This Program

The SOS Foundation began offering free cooking classes in 2019. Our classes aim to educate the Lower Keys community about climate-cautious, cost-friendly, and nutritious food preparation while engaging the community through a culture of health, food, and fun. Our classes range in audience size, language, and style, with some family-friendly opportunities. Research indicates that cooking classes lead to improved self-efficacy and a healthier dietary intake.
