SOS VISTAs Phoebe and Andrea curated a delightful tasting experience at our Stock Island Pantry, featuring a velvety broccoli soup paired with crispy kale chips, all crafted from the vibrant harvests of SOS Eco Farm. Our farm-to-pantry model ensures that our community enjoys the freshest flavors straight from the source. It was wonderful to see everyone savoring the soup, and many departed with the recipe in hand, available in Haitian Creole, Spanish, and English, ready to recreate this culinary delight at home!
